Hi, I’m Sam!

I’m a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for crafting inspiring experiences for aspiring brands.

After receiving my BFA in design from Boston University I started my career in San Francisco designing in house at a large international commercial real estate firm. I worked on a broad range of internal and external projects spanning across digital and print media. I loved being a design generalist and wearing multiple hats, so I took this experience to Stackla, a global B2B SaaS startup. 

As a founding member of Stackla’s marketing team, I was an integral part of building the machine that it is today (with a little over a year in the running, marketing currently sources more than 50% of Stackla’s lead pipeline and 40% of the global ARR sales quota). Being Stackla’s sole Visual Designer afforded me the opportunity to take ownership and build all the brand and marketing assets from the ground up. In the past year alone, I refreshed Stackla’s visual brand + wrote new brand guidelines, redid the homepage/core webpages, created a new sales deck, a company overview video, and a set of event kiosks and print collateral. 

Designing for a product-based company enabled me to discover my passion for UI/UX design, which I cultivated by taking a UX Design Bootcamp course and participating in a mentorship program in Sydney Australia. I’m looking forward to bringing my skills and passion to new projects!

When I’m not designing, you can find me OM’ing in a hot vinyasa class, searching the city for the ultimate bowl of ramen, or brushing up on my painting skills.
